Jane has over 20 year’s professional experience including responsibility for sales, management, project management, resource management, within roles such as Operations Director & HR Director in both public and private businesses.

For the last 7 years Jane has worked at board level within a European IT Consultancy.
A charismatic, inventive, enthusiastic leader with a positive, inspirational style, Jane has a strong sense of commerciality and pace.

	Set up from scratch, two businesses delivering: learning and development and technical recruitment solutions with a combined turnover of £2M at 30% profit over two years.

	Set up and ran a UK Conference & Exhibition for two years resulting in seizing competitors' market share and setting the UK standard.

	Initiated culture change from a technically oriented to a sales-led company by personal coaching at Board Level to engender trust and understanding.

	Worked with professionals who improved individual performance by providing internal coaching that worked past ‘the every day interference’; ultimately improving self awareness, productivity and clarity of future goals

	Jane is an NLP Master Practitioner. These NLP ‘tools’ support her unique coaching style, enabling change to happen with sensitivity and integrity.
